Contract Negotiations: 07/08/2024

Takeaways from 07/08/2024 meeting:
• Discussed many articles as noted on the spreadsheets.
• HACC Admin continues to promise information about healthcare benefit updates but needs more time before discussing details.
• Of the 16 articles HACC Admin reviewed, they insisted all 16 are management prerogative.
• A number of tentative agreements were made on smaller articles, where language has already been in agreement, as noted on the spreadsheets.

Dear colleagues,
HACCEA and HACC Admin continue to have discussions on a wide variety of articles. However, there is still substantial disagreement on what topics are bargainable and what topics are subject to bargaining.
More details on healthcare will be provided during the next meeting.
